Civitas/Core
The Urban Technology Alliance (UTA) member Data In Motion (DIM) is proud to announce that, with the successful conclusion of the Europe-wide tendering process, further development of CIVITAS/CORE is now starting. The contract has been awarded and now a new phase of development for the German municipalities of Osnabrück, Münster, Paderborn, Mönchengladbach, Kassel, Jena, Bamberg, and Haßfurt begins. DIM are responsible for integrating a model-based approach into the whole system. The team works as architects and support the integration of this approach into the whole platform. DIM will also do modelling on various architectural and cross-domain topics like authentication/authorization concepts.

Security requirements for urban data platforms
Data In Motion will be developing, along with a consortium, a model centric approach for Urban data platforms to The German Federal Office of Information Security (BSI) Security requirements for urban data platforms, TR-03187. This is key for data security of urban data platforms which in turn are key elements of future smart city developments. More information about the technical directives can be found here (in German)
